Colonial School District named an Outstanding Visual Arts Community

For the second year in a row, Colonial School District has been recognized as an Outstanding Visual Arts Community.

The distinction awarded by the Pennsylvania Art Education Association (PAEA) recognizes school district's commitment to a strong, high-quality visual arts program for students that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. The PAEA looks for school district art programs that are rigorous and inclusive, highly accessible through the provision of supplies and consistent instruction, and highly visible through the display of student artwork and promotion of art programs through social media and art shows.
