WES - PTO Weekly Update

1. The Spring Book Fair will run from March 24th to March 28th 

We are in need of volunteers! Please click here to sign up. 

Please check your student's folder for the shopping schedule, book list, and info on setting up an eWallet account to purchase books. This information will also be sent in the weekly PTO email.

2. Phillies tickets for the May 30th game against the Brewers are now on sale!

The PTO has a block of tickets available in the scoreboard porch section (sections 241, 242, and 243). WES will be getting a shoutout on the scoreboard! 

 

Please click here to purchase tickets. Your ticket guarantees you a spot in these sections, but seating is first come, first serve. All tickets must be purchased by March 28th.

 

3. Our next Dine & Donate event will take place on Thursday, March 27th at MaGerk's in Fort Washington

Take a break from cooking! Just mention the WES PTO when ordering and a portion of your total will be donated to the PTO. The Dine & Donate starts at 5pm.

 

4. The annual Plant Sale is back!

Get ready to plan your garden this spring! Support the PTO with your purchase of flowers, herbs, veggies, and more. Please click here to place an order. Ordering deadline is April 23rd. 

 

5. Pizza kits are now on sale!

Instead of ordering in, have fun making your own pizza at home with pizza kits from Collegeville Bakery! Please click here to order. Kits are $15 apiece and pickup date is April 4th.
